Switching

Move in an afternoon. Don’t cancel anything yet.

A switch goes wrong in one of two ways. A client taps the booking link in an old email of yours and lands on a dead page, or an invoice you sent last month has nowhere left to be paid.

Run both for a month. Keep the old tools until the last invoice on them is paid, then cancel with nothing outstanding.

Four steps, in this order

About two hours of work, spread over a month

Day one · 20 min
Stand it up quietlyClaim your address, connect your calendar and look over the services and prices already filled in for you. Don’t tell anyone yet. Your old link keeps working the whole time.
Day one · 15 min
Bring the peopleSend us your client list from the old tool or your spreadsheet, as a CSV or however the export comes out. We put it in and show you the result before it goes live. No client gets an email.
Day two · 30 min
Point the old link hereRedirect your Calendly or booking page to your new address, then change the link in your email signature and your bio. Anyone who taps the old link lands on your page.
Over the month
Let the old one emptyFrom now on, new bookings and new invoices happen here. Invoices you’ve already sent get paid where you raised them. When the last one clears, cancel.
Coming from

What to expect

Find the setup you’re running now and read what changes.

A booking linkEach event type becomes a service with a price on it, and a client books and pays in the same five taps. Export your invitee list as a CSV, then redirect the old URL.
FreshBooks, Wave, or Xero for a one-person businessBring your clients and open invoices. Leave the closed years where they are, and keep the export. Tell your accountant you’re moving before you cancel anything.
A spreadsheet and your memoryTwo columns, name and email, give us enough to work from. After that, reminders go out without you deciding to send each one.
A Squarespace or Wix siteLike the site you have? Keep it, and point one page at your link. Or move the domain over entirely.

Comes across
  • Your event types, as offerings for you to price, so a client books and pays in one go. Connect Calendly from Link and they come across once; we keep no access.
  • Your hours, set once, and your Google or Outlook calendar, so nobody books over something you already have.
  • A video link on each session when your calendar is connected: Google Meet, or Teams where your Microsoft account allows it.
  • The people who booked you in the last year, as clients, from the same connection. They aren’t on your notes list until they say yes.
  • Your old link, redirected to your page.
Stays behind
  • Bookings already made there. They happen there, so leave it running until the last one has.
  • Routing forms and round robin. There’s one of you.
  • Text reminders. Reminders here go by email, the day before.

BLAB (Book Like a Boss)

Freelancer plans run from $10 to $30 a month on blab.co; taking payment for bookings starts on the $20 plan, with no cut of sales. Read October 11, 2026.

What we don’t import

We don’t bring over old invoices as invoices, past sessions, or notes from another tool.

Keep your old tool’s export. It’s your record of everything before the move, and this is your record from the day you start.

If it doesn’t suit you

You get thirty days free while your old tools keep running. If you leave, it costs you an afternoon and none of your data.

Download everything, then tell us what was missing.

Send us the exports and we’ll set it up for you.

It’s free on any account, trial included. We do it by hand, send you a link to check, and change nothing until you say so. It usually takes us a day.

Start it running alongside.
Thirty days free · cancel nothing until the last invoice clears

Your whole practice at one link. For people whose name is the business.
