Terms of service

The agreement, in language you can read.

This is the whole contract between you and WorkWith. Where a sentence has legal weight we have said so plainly.

Version 1.0Effective August 30, 2026Governed by Delaware law
01

What we provide

WorkWith gives you a page at an address on workwith.page, and the software behind it that lets your clients book time with you, sign your agreements, and pay you. You get one account for one person: yourself.

We will keep the service available and working. We do not promise it will never be unavailable, but if we have a significant outage we will tell you what happened.

02

Your business is yours

Everything you put into WorkWith belongs to you: your text, your prices, your agreements, your client records, your notes and your files. We claim no ownership of any of it and we do not use it to train anything.

We store and process it only to run the service for you, to support you when you ask, and where the law requires us to. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for advertising.

You can download all of it at any time, including after you cancel, in open formats that any other software can read. You do not have to ask us, and you do not need our permission.

03

Your relationship with your clients

Your clients are your clients. The agreement they sign is between you and them; we are not a party to it. The service you sell is yours to deliver, and the standard of it is your responsibility.

If you and a client disagree, that is between you. We will provide the records to either of you on request: what was booked, what was signed, when, and what was paid.

You are responsible for what you publish on your page and for it being lawful where you practice, including any license or registration your profession requires.

04

Money

Payments run through Stripe on an account in your name, under the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, and money goes from your client to your bank. We never hold your funds and we cannot move them.

Our subscription is billed monthly or annually in advance. We take a share of card payments as published on the pricing page. Stripe’s own processing fees are Stripe’s, set by them, and are not ours.

If we change the price we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, by email, and you can cancel before it does. Taxes on what you earn are yours to handle.

05

Canceling

Cancel from inside the app whenever you like. There is no notice period, no exit fee, and nobody to talk to first.

When you cancel, your link stays live and your clients can still book and pay you. You lose access to the app, but not the download: your data stays available to you for 90 days, and we delete it after that unless you ask us to keep it. You can also close the account yourself, which removes everything at once.

We do not refund part-months by default. If something went wrong and you paid for a month you could not use, write to us and we will sort it out.

06

If we end it

We can close an account that is being used for fraud, for anything illegal, to harm someone, or in a way that puts the service or other people at risk. We will tell you why, and if it is a misunderstanding we will listen.

If we ever shut the service down or are acquired, you get at least six months of notice and a working export before anything is switched off. That is a commitment in this contract, not a statement of intent.

07

Limits on what we owe you

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will suit your practice or be free of faults, and we are not liable for business you lose, profit you miss, or data you lose that you could have downloaded.

Where the law allows a limit, ours is the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the problem. Where the law does not allow a limit, such as our own fraud, or death or injury caused by us, nothing here reduces your rights.

Nothing in this section takes away any right you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

08

Changes to these terms

If we change anything that matters, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect and keep the old version readable so you can see what changed. Carrying on using the service after that date means you accept the new version. If you would rather not, cancel — and if the change is one you object to, tell us.

09

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Delaware, USA. If we cannot resolve something between us, it goes to the courts of Delaware, and you keep any right you have to bring a claim where you live instead.

There is no forced arbitration here and no waiver of your right to join a class action.

In short

Your work and your clients are yours. Leave whenever you want and take everything with you.

This summary has no legal effect; the numbered sections above are the agreement. If the two ever seem to disagree, tell us.
